I went with the sole purpose of buying a 2018 Lexus ES 350 luxury sedan with 109,000 miles on it. I am not one to browse lots and I try to do my research ahead of time. Jake met me in the lot and seemed to understand immediately that I didn't need the car 'sold' to me. Within minutes he had it ready for me to test drive.

Jake helped me with starting the process on a Tuesday night and was able to highlight many of the hurdles that I may run into buying a vehicle and financing it locally while living and banking elsewhere. He kept me current on progress throughout week.

Josh helped me with final financing steps and some issues did arise with the out of town bank but he got me through the process without fail and quickly.

Thank you both for your help and due your efforts I will consider Gandrud for future vehicles and recommend you to my friends... and a few folks out here.

We went in having done our research, we knew what we wanted and what it was going for in our area and Josh was right on with the price and very respectful. Purchased first vehicle here in 2016. Service was awesome and straight forward. The car is still going strong with well over 200k, but we wanted something newer. First stop, Gandrud West. Purchased the first car in our sights. Happy to report sales help was still the same with low pressure and understanding of our needs. First time I've ever returned to the same dealership to purchase another vehicle. I'll be looking for another vehicle sometime in the near future and Gandrud West will be top on the list.
