Amazing buying experience with the sales team namely, TJ, Parker and Carter. Purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Passat in August 2024. Car runs great. After two weeks noticed a coolant leak. They immediately had me bring in the vehicle for inspection. Bob, the mechanic, skipped his morning coffee to help me. They ran a deep diagnosis of the problem, and replaced the water pump and solved the problem. They covered this free of charge since it was inside of 30 days! Great job. Will be back.

We needed a large family vehicle ASAP, as our other one was totaled recently and we needed something quickly that would hold our entire family (and all the groceries!). The purchase process was very smooth, and everyone we worked with was very friendly and genuinely helpful, from Carter in sales to Ron in financing. We are very grateful to everyone at Nearly New for being attentive to our needs and helping us find a vehicle that not only does the job but that we were excited to purchase, and they were kind enough to work quickly for us so we could go buy those groceries! We were not sure what to expect from Nearly New, since we had never purchased from a dealership that deals solely in used vehicles, but we were very pleasantly surprised at how much less hassle we went through here. Highly recommend!

Love my truck! But it’s more then that. I live up in Coleman and didn’t have a ride to pick up the Auto I chose and they said, we can help you by picking you up. Randy was easy to talk to and provided me help. It was a great buying experience for me. I’d highly recommend Nearly New Auto and Truck for your next new, used vehicle.

bought a car from here, everything when smoothly until the 2nd yr of having it and the clear coat off my hood starting peeling, if u purchase a vehicle from here please be aware of the paint jobs done here. to my knowledge, the clear coat of your vehicle shouldn’t be peeling for a good amount of time.

I bought a 2017 gmc acadia for 23,000 In November 22. and in January 24 I had to replace the transmission. Which cost 4800. I'll never buy from them again.
