I bought a 2010 Chevy 3500 Dually. I live and hour and a half away from this place and they made me make extra trips back and forth because they messed up the paperwork. Then when I bought the truck they couldn’t even fill the tank up, they sent me home with half a tank of diesel. So I called and they said they would compensate me for it. I never heard back from them. Now come to find out they never did an oil change or changed out the fuel filter. They also sent me off the lot without the front plate on-which is illegal. What kind of company does that? All they want is money and don’t care about their customers.

Our transmission failed while on vacation in Door County and we needed a car fast. Jim was communicative and understanding through a very stressful time.
