Am Flughafen celegen, war Sixt schnell und unkompliziert zu finden. Das Personal war dehr freundlich und die Abwicklungging schnell.

Our flight was delayed and - Budget which had the flight number - had closed when we turned up, having taken payment and leaving no keys in a deposit box or any back up plan. All other company kiosks had stayed open to greet the delayed flight and help their customers but Budget had left us, along with families with small children, stranded.

這是很差的體驗,首先在booking.com租車費用與實際到場所收的費用有很大出入,到還車時,由於我遲了37分鐘還車,我需要繳付多一日租車費用。我明白到遲還車是需要罰款,但要罰一日的費用,似乎實在太多了,是這次旅程的唯一缺點。大家如想在這間店舖租車，請記得準時還車，以免破財！最後要講機場職員態度真的十分好。

The vehicle did not appear to have been cleaned after the last rent and there was some malfunctioning with the keyless fob, but all in all, the young front desk clerk etc. everything was great service!

Be aware of this company and make sure you read the final agreement they present to you. We booked and paid in pounds for a Group A vehicle in the UK but for some unknown reason they have never deducted that payment.
Upon arrival at the airport, the staff member took the confirmation number and, without informing us, changed the conditions of the agreement, upgrading us to a Group D vehicle. In our past experiences with car rentals, staff members seeking to provide a more expensive car would always obtain our consent first.
In Salzburg Airport, I was asked to sign, only later discovering that the car wasn't even washed and the payment was deducted in EUR (charging an additional fee for transactions). We were signing the agreement, thinking that we were signing the same agreement we made while booking a car in the UK. What would be a reason for us to think otherwise if staff member did not communicate this...

I have been trying to call the location at Salzburg airport to ask if I can drop the car at a different spot. I couldn’t get through. The line was ringing with no answer.
After I dropped the car at the Abe did my trip, I received an email in German with invoice worth the damages and photos that I could not see well. I have tried calling the location again to request an English version of the invoice and explanations but the line was ringing with no answer or the call simply dropped. There is no email contact on the invoice. Plus, I could not reply back to the email I received since it said no reply. Will be calling my Amex to dispute.

اخي الكريم عقد الاجار في السيارة مع اغراضي الشخصية . كيف اتصل بشركة الام . لان المكتب الخاص فيكم في جنيف يقول لي تعال الى هنا مسافة 8 ساعات حتى تاخذ النسخه وهذا ليس حل

كل من يريد الاستئجار من هذه الشركة عليه الحذر
اخترت في موقعهم سيارة جيب bmw وعند الوصول تفاجأت بتغييرها بسيارة اخرى اقل منها بكثير وبنفس السعر
واذا بتكنسل حجزك راح يخصمون منك نصف قيمة حجزك او اكثر ويرجعون لك الباقي
وعليه رغم انفك تقبل بسيارتهم الاخرى تجنباً للخسائر
وهذا باب من ابواب النصب والاحتيال

وبعد ذلك تاتي الوديعة
اللي تم خصمها علي دون سبب
فقط الموظف عند تسليمها ذكر لي انها ستعود تلقائيا
وتم خصمها
الله لا يبارك لكم

ونصيحة محب اهرب من هذه الشركة
وتقييم النجمة حتى استطيع التعليق فقط.
