Great experience with the Dace team. I turned up on a Saturday wanting to view a car I'd seen online, although the car wasn't ready and on site as it was new into the business, Ashley was really accommodating and got the car to me to view/test drive within the next 15 minutes for me anyway, which I really appreciated!
The team were so accommodating, informative, welcoming and professional. Ashley was great at running through the vehicle info, history and finance options with me.

Although the vehicle wasn't for me in the end, I wouldn't hesitate from visiting Dace in future to buy a vehicle.

Came over 100 miles to buy a car. The service over the phone before traveling was excellent and were able to answer all queries.

When arriving Adam and the team were very friendly and welcoming (tea/coffee) All details were explained clearly. Car was as described as over the phone + a good test drive.

Great communication from start to finish, from interest in the car to the final purchase. Delivery was no issue as there was a fair distance from my location to the garage. Part exchange price was fair as well as the delivery fee. All in all a positive experience.

Bought a car and there were a couple of issues; fortunately the included warranty meant I could return it. Adam and co. were really helpful and accommodating. Swapped the Audi for a Volkswagen and happy days! Would definitely recommend and you'll struggle to find the same car cheaper!
