From the very first moment my wife and I stepped foot on their lot, Tim went out of his way to be respectful and courteous. Tim wasn't pushy or overbearing at all, which was so pleasant!
After letting him know what kind of car I was looking for, he politely let me know that there wasn't anything on the lot at the moment that would fit my needs.
Tim then decided to bend all the rules and go way out of his way to have a hand selected automobile delivered to the lot later in the day. He did not want me to leave unsatisfied and was determined to give me what I needed. Later that day, Tim had delivered a 2017 Black Jetta that looked like the car I had pictured in my mind! He also went to the trouble to have it detailed by hand before I got there to look at it--- all of this with no guarantees I would purchase. Not only am I excited about the Jetta and test driving it tomorrow, but I am still in shock with how much amazing customer service could come from a local auto dealer!
Tim is a wonderful representation of how the car industry should be......if you haven't worked with him yet---- you are missing out!

I found a vehicle online I was interested in and the price seemed very reasonable. I contacted this dealer and Tim sent me the carfax to my email. After going over it, I called Tim back and we came to a price that we both agreed on. Only problem is, I'm over 2 hours away. Tim gave his word to me over the phone he would honor the price. Me and my wife finally got there and the vehicle was in better shape than I thought. Absolutely no pressure from Tim when looking over the vehicle. We bought it. Loved the experience and the car we got from them. Tim even made sure our insurance got switched over. Something I've never experienced from another dealer. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience at Winter Park Auto Mall. Tim was honest and willing to help from start to finish. When I called him from out of state, he answered all my questions and even drove the car I wanted to the dealership to get the latest software updates installed. He was very proactive in getting things done and communicating. I did not end up buying the car simply because I decided I wanted something newer, but this was my personal preference and not anything against Winter Park Auto Mall. I enjoyed working with Tim and just from chatting with him I can tell that he is an honest man. I would recommend this place to anyone in search of a car.

Wonderful dealership with great staff. They really worked with me well to put me in the vehicle I wanted. There were a few smaller issues with the truck but Kareem and his mechanic took care of the problems with no issues. Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Bought my son his first car here about a month ago...the price was more than fair..honestly didn't feel the need haggle to drop it anymore because of how good it was..It was a used car so obviously been used. Owner even put into writing if the one thing I was worried about had any issues he would replace it free of charge(granted limited time frame on inspection). Got the car inspected and everything came out fine but that did help smooth things over and he did it without hesitating. Very friendly people and they were able to beat my original loan offer from my bank so that definitely helped. Overall my son loves the car and we had a good experience

Very helpful, friendly staff. Tim was our Sales Representative and he was very friendly and accommodating to my mother and myself, even getting her a bottle if water. He had the cars we were there to test drive, primed, detailed and ready to go with keys in hand and the dealer tags too. The detailer rode with us on the test drives and he too was very friendly and helpful. They had a light selection of affordable vehicles but the ones we drove we did not really care for, they shook really bad so we won't be shopping with them. The credit pull they did said with wouldn't affect my score but infact it did so they did something pretty shady.
