alec and the team were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. the vehicle I purchased was used but immaculate and looked brand spanking new. Really a very good experience overall. Drove off with new vehicle the same day. Top notch customer service. Very pleased with knowledgeable answers with any questions. Best customer service we have had in a long time. Brad and Tyler were amazing. Very timely, and immediate communication. We decided to come back after hours for a second look, and was kindly greeted and helped way beyond dealership closure. The used vehicle I bought was thoroughly went through and brand new tires, brakes, struts were installed. This vehicle looks and drives brand new. Highly recommend, will come back. Very trustworthy place with amazing customer service!

Buy with confidence. Alec, Tyler and the team at Auto Haus on Velp are fantastic. I was on edge about purchasing a car, sight unseen and 500 miles away. Tyler, the sales rep provided plenty of pics and video of the BMW I bought lots of phone time, good convo too. The service history and carfax info they provided were spot on as I checked it with my local BMW dealer. Total transparency, great information and incredibly good pricing on a stand up nearly perfect 8 year old BMW. After we agreed on the details, we worked out the purchase process and had the car delivered to my home within 3 days. I have been in the car business as well as bought lots of cars through my life and never have I experienced this high level of service with integrity and honesty. Big shout to the owner Brad as well for having such a fantastic crew.

We drove from Wausau to look at an SUV for our growing family. Our salesman, Tyler was wonderful to work with and made sure the vehicle was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We decided to trade in our former vehicle and the whole process was very smooth. I was also very impressed by their selection of vehicles and the quality of each one of them.
