I agree with Badr, this rental car return is a nightmare to find - and I have been to Leipzig and its Hauptbahnhof a few times. It must be even worse for visitors who have not been to Leipzig before. SIXT should definitely give clearer instructions where to drop off the car. Even the sat nav of our rental car took us to an incorrect address a few blocks West. So here are the precious instructions: You are looking for the PARKHAUS PROMENADEN-WEST. Pass the Hauptbahnhof (central train station) from East to West. Take a right. Drive up the Kurt-Schumacher-Strasse in the Northern direction. Take a right into Preussenseite. But because there is currently construction work, you cannot access the parking garage from the right. Instead you follow the blue signs with the white letter P (for parking garage) and drive around the garage on the left. Keep going, even though it looks like you are entering the construction site. Then take a right to drive around the building, and pass the sign that says "no u-turn past this point" (or similar) and enter the parking garage. This will be the first time you see a SIXT logo. SIXT parking is on level 7, I believe, way on the top. Once you found a parking space, take your car keys and plastic parking ticket and take the elevator to the ground floor. There is a device that they call key safe. Open the drawer, put key and ticket inside, close the drawer and when you open it again, both should have disappeared.

Car return here. Inside parking. 6th floor. Key drop-off is in Basement. Hard to find.
