I just had a very good buying experience at Village Auto! I wrench on my own cars and typically always buy from private parties. This time I needed a vehicle quickly and felt safe buying from a local, family-owned dealership that’s been in the community for a long time. Village preps/repairs their cars on site, and they showed me the maintenance done to the vehicle I purchased before it was put on a lot. Brenda was awesome to work with and I would certainly send my family here, which is the best compliment I can give!

Mike Moore in finance was absolutely amazing to work with! He didn’t give up even with a below par credit score and multiple people denying me for a loan! I had a minimal down payment he and Brenda worked together to get me a beautiful new 2019 Jeep! The process was quick and they took care of everything! So bought a car from here awhile ago, had some problems with them. My car started having major issues. Downshifting when I drive, which almost caused a serious accident twice. Then it just started dying when it got cold out and I'd have to jump it to get to go. Battery tested fine.. Went to batteries plus and they said oh you must be leaving something on to make it die. I promised them I hadn't. Then we went inside he said "the battery in your car is not this battery you nee. The battery in your car is extremely small" I paid $300 for a battery that should've already been in my car. So thanks for that village auto. And if the car was sold to them with a significantly smaller battery that's something they should've noticed and replaced to the correct one.

I'm so beyond excited they made magic work! I was on vacation looking for a vehicle because the holiday it wasn't easy. Seen a truck I really wanted and they said I would have to wait until Wednesday. Was a little sad seeing my vacation would of been over. But didn't have a choice. Less than a hour later Mike called the truck was ready for me to pick up!!! Thank you Brenda and Mike I'm beyond happy with the service and the my new truck!!!!!! You both made my vacation the best vacation ever!!

Very nice people. Able to help us in a pinch when our only car broke down. Brenda in sales was able to work with what we could put down as a down payment and found us vehicles that had high approval odds for us. Michael in financing was then able to work with a local bank and get us approved, even with not so great credit and limited down payment. Overall very satisfied with the service we received.

Brenda was absolutely amazing!! Was a great deal and simple process!! 2nd vehicle we’ve bought from them and both time had a GREAT experience!! A/C didn’t work but she assured us that would get fixed at no charge on our schedule. Definitely would recommend!!
